Seeking Sponsors for MCEC’s 15th National Training Seminar!
03/16/2013 Published by: Suzanne
Your Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC)® family needs your help . . .
Do you know of a business, bank, association, organization, church, corporation, or perhaps even an individual, who is looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of military-connected kids?
The Military Child Education Coalition will be holding its 15th National Training Seminar on July 8-9, 2013 at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.
Last year, MCEC successfully piloted the concept of finding sponsors to send military-connected students and parents as well as educators to their National Training Seminar. As a result 81 participants who otherwise would not have been able to experience the learning and networking that make these seminars so successful, enjoyed the benefits of attending. MCEC’s goal this year is to sponsor 200 participants and this can only be possible with the help of all of you!
Not familiar with all that our National Training Seminars entail? Check out some highlights from last year's seminar in Grapevine, Texas and then review all that MCEC has in store for this year's event.
*Please note that if a sponsor selects to underwrite a student participant, MCEC will use the funds in one of two ways: for selected S2S students who attend with their high school OR for young adult S2S alumni. Visit MCEC's website for more information about their S2S programs.
Simply complete a Sponsor Application and remember . . . sponsorships are tax deductible!
We appreciate everyone’s commitment to bettering the lives of military-connected children. This year’s National Training Seminar theme is “for the sake of the child” and you are valued part of this effort!Share This Page
