Resilience.  Growth.  Hardiness. Thrive.  Grit.

These words all suggest strength and forward motion.  Not just existing but achieving success in spite of the challenges faced.  Military-connected children face unique challenges and the MCEC wants to teach them how to be champions.

The MCEC has developed strategies to lift up military children and give them wings to soar.  But how does the MCEC, an organization with an abundance of knowledge, impact their focus, the kids?

The MCEC has created several professional development courses to meet the various needs of military-connected children and their families.

In each child’s life are key adults that shape and share wisdom.  Kids are watching and learning - even if the adults didn’t realize they were teaching.

The MCEC wants to educate these key adults so they become our hands and feet delivering our message of courage and ingenuity.  If the key adults in a child’s life expand their knowledge of creative resources and trusted information, it will spill over onto the child.

The MCEC is committed to providing trainings that will address challenges military children and their families face. Scheduling a professional development on your installation or within your school district will bring together many in the community that work with kids. Valuable resources and information are shared.  Professionals have a chance to network and share ideas.  Everyone walks away a winner.  And the biggest winners are the children who benefit from the skills and strategies learned at an MCEC professional development training.

Wondering what types of professional development trainings are available?  Click on this link for both in-class and online trainings.

Would you please consider joining us in the support of military-connected children around the world?  The MCEC can provide our resources because of our generous donors and sponsors.
