Are you interested in finding out how your personality affects your perception of the world?  Knowing how you respond to certain circumstances and settings is not only fascinating but also quite helpful.  Being aware of your preferences or how you work best can help guide you whether it be in school or the workplace.  By the same token, knowing those areas in which you are more challenged gives insight into where you can work smarter.

HumanMetrics offers a free personality test based on the Jung Typology Test. Don’t let the term “test” make you nervous.  It’s easy and quick to complete, no chance of failing and nothing goes on your permanent record!   The quiz is comprised of 72 questions which are easily and quickly answered.  Then based on your age and gender a score is given in the form of a four letter type.

Carl Jung believed there are four areas or dichotomies where a person will have a strong preference one way or another.  These four areas are:

  1. General Attitude – Extroverted (E) vs Introverted (I)
  2. Perception – Sensing (S) vs Intuition (I)
  3. Judging – Thinking (T) vs Feeling (F)
  4. Personality Type – Judging (J) vs Perceiving (P)

There are 16 possible combinations of letter types.  After finding your score you can then find out what your four letters say about you, which types of careers are most suitable for your personality type and if you’re interested, you can find out what celebrities share your personality type.

Intrigued?  Want to take the test for yourself?  Get started right now!
