You’ve almost finished high school.  You’ve taken the ACT or SAT.  You’ve submitted your college applications.  Now to decide which school you can afford!

Need more funds to help pay for your education?  The Office of Federal Student Aid (the nation’s largest provider of grants, loans and work study funds) has put together these simple videos about the various types of federal student aid available to help you get started in your search.

As mentioned in these videos, each January a new Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) becomes available for the coming school year.   Once you’ve completed it, each college you apply to sends you an “award” of financial aid based on the information you provided, so it’s worth taking the time to fill it out.

Good luck in your search!
