Blue Star Families will be holding its inaugural Blue Star Mentoring Partnership event on April 7th from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm EST at the Community Hall, Jewish Community Center in Washington DC.
Daughters, spouses, caregivers and survivors of military service members and veterans, as well as female service members and veterans between the ages of 13 and 29, are invited to complete a short application for the opportunity to participate in this unique opportunity that will connect them with members of the Government’s most powerful women leaders.
Participants and mentors can talk about careers, government and leadership strategies for 10-minute intervals during this Speed Mentoring event. Mentors will be comprised of members of the Executive Women in Government. Participants should bring copies of their resume and business cards (if applicable), their “elevator pitch” and three questions for the mentors.
Space is limited to 60 participants so get your application in today!Share This Page
