“Military Kids: Shining from Sea to Sea” - Military Child Education Coalition’s 14th National Training Seminar
The previously advertised 3-day Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC) Annual Conference has been re-designated as a 2-day Training Seminar. Registration is open and an Early Bird rate of $499 is available through May 31st. Seminar special guests will include: former Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Roger Staubach, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin E. Dempsey and Mrs. Dempsey, and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy Robert L. Gordon III.

“Parent Night” . . . Should I Go?

What is it?

- A simple, user-friendly online resource designed for early childhood educators, family child care providers and families.
- Allows users to find and share digital resources that support early learning and development in children from birth to age 5 . . . free of charge!
- Encourages caregivers and families to treat media in an interactive way . . . as something to be shared with a child in a manner that encourages discussion and learning in a social way.
